  • Size charts are provided for guidance; fitting may vary depending on style and fabric.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless mentioned.
  • We accept online payment methods shown at checkout (credit/debit cards, etc).
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
  • If any detail is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@roseboutique.com.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or external factors.
  • Once an order is dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.
  • Wrong address input by customer may cause delays or delivery failure — Rose Boutique is not liable.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygienic and fashion integrity reasons, worn, washed, altered, or used items are not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges are accepted only if: the product is damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong size or wrong item.
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • Tags must remain attached and packaging intact.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for: Out-of-stock items after purchase Manufacturing defects that cannot be replaced
  • Refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
