How should I care for my clothes?
Always follow care labels. Hand wash in cold water or dry clean delicate pieces. Avoid bleach and heavy machine wash cycles.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and reported within 3 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 48–72 hours with photos. We will arrange an exchange or replacement immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international delivery is available. Shipping rates and time may vary by destination.
How long does delivery take?
Local delivery: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs & courier delays).
Can I change my address after placing an order?
You can request an address update before dispatch. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

Can I return a sale/discounted item?
